OluRankings (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides youth sports rankings and verified player profiles.

Data we process

• Account data: email, password hash.
• Athlete data: name, age group/class year, school/club, position, stats, media links, headshot.
• Verification evidence: links and files submitted by users and verifiers.

Lawful basis

We process data under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (contract), 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) and, for minors, consent from a parent/guardian where required.

Retention & security

We retain the minimum necessary and secure storage with industry-standard controls. Media may be served via CDN.
